Spent the new year at a fantastic hotel overlooking the ocean. Enjoyed the traditional and delicious buffet with fresh seafood and other international dishes. Loved the spacious room with a private onsen on the balcony facing the ocean. the location allowed for a peaceful and serene atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. the hotel provided a cozy lounge with complimentary drinks and snacks, adding a special touch to the stay.
The hotel's strict check-out and meal timings caused a bit of inconvenience, as breakfast ended early and we almost missed it. the futons were a bit thin and uncomfortable, and the slippers were too small for larger guests.

The breakfast and dinner buffets were fantastic! The selection and quality of the food made our trip memorable. We especially enjoyed the king crab legs and the variety of options. The private onsen with a view was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring. The location by the beach was perfect and provided stunning views.
The futon on the bed was quite hard, which made sleeping uncomfortable. the lack of control over the room temperature caused us to feel too warm at night.

We had a unforgettable stay at this hotel. the room was impressively spacious, boasting a breathtaking ocean view from the private bath. the exclusive amenities provided in the room exceeded our expectations. the attentive staff always greeted us with a friendly smile, making our stay even more luxurious. Meals were an extravagant feast, particularly the dinner which included a variety of exceptional local dishes, including free-flow crabs. the location convenience, reachable by public buses, added to the overall experience.
The minor issue was the temperature control. We couldn't adjust it to our liking, and the futon was a bit hard, causing some discomfort for foreigners like us.

I had a wonderful stay at Heiseikan Shiosaitei Hanatsuki in Hakodate. The hotel is located right by the beach, and my room had a stunning view of the sea, including a private onsen. The onsen on level 4 was also a great experience, especially with the snowfall during winter. The buffet breakfast and dinner had a good selection of high-quality food, including delicious king crab legs. The club lounge was a pleasant surprise, where I enjoyed drinks and snacks. The staff were friendly, and the lobby was nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

The timing of the meals was a bit rigid and required punctuality.
